- Milk biscuit200 g
- Margarine/Butter4 tablespoon
- Condensed milk395 g
- Sour cream200 g
- Tang Strawberry Juice25 g
- Fresh Strawberries300 g
- Sugar3 tablespoon
- Strawberry jam: Wash and sanitize the strawberries. Chop and put it in the pan with the sugar. Cook until it turns into a strawberry jam.
- Crumbs: In a blender, add the broken cookies and beat until crumbly. Remove and gradually mix the margarine/butter. Don't make it too hard. It needs to be a wet flour.
- Strawberry cream: Beat the condensed milk, cream and strawberry tang in the mixer until doubled in volume.
- Mounting: You can assemble individual portions or on a large baking sheet. Start the assembly with the farofa, place the farofa but do not need to tighten it. With a pastry bag, spread the strawberry cream. Lastly, spread the strawberry jam and use some strawberries to decorate or mint leaves. Place in the fridge for 2 hours. Serve chilled and enjoy.
