- Add all the ingredients. Knead well until it doesn't stick to your hand. Whisk well on a smooth surface.
- For the Belgian cream. put the condensed milk in the pan, the sieved egg yolks, cream, vanilla essence and the Maizena mix well. Turn on the low heat and stir until thick.
- Strawberry sauce
- Place the dough on a platter and open it until it covers the entire platter. Pierce it with a fork and place it in the oven at a temperature of 200 degrees for 15 minutes. Take it out of the oven (if you want to unmold it, optional) put the Belgian cream and the strawberry syrup and take it the fridge for 2 hours.
