- Dough: Biscuit Maria200 g
- Margarine50 g
- Filling: milk700 ml
- Condensed milk1 can(s)
- Corn starch4 dessert spoon
- Vanilla essence1 coffee spoon
- Sieved yolk2 unit(s)
- Sour cream1 can(s)
- Topping : strawberry box1 unit(s)
- PASTA: Pass the cookies through the processor until they form a fine crumb. Place in a bowl and mix margarine until it forms a smooth dough. Line a removable rim pan and bake for about 15 minutes. Reserve.
- FILLING: Bring the milk, condensed milk, vanilla essence, corn starch and the sifted yolks to a boil. Mix well, stir until it forms a cream, let it cool and add the milk cream. Place the cream in the mold on top of the already baked dough.
- Roof: Wash the strawberries well and cut into slices lengthwise. Arrange over the cream, let it cool well. Place in the fridge to finish hardening. Unmold. Serve cold.
