- cans of condensed milk2 can(s)
- cow's milk1 l
- gems4 unit(s)
- corn starch3 dessert spoon
- Drops of vanilla essence to taste to taste
- box of chopped strawberries (leave a few for garnishing the pie)1 to taste
- milk chocolate500 g
- sour cream2 can(s)
- 1.Mix the cornstarch to a cup of cow's milk, the rest put it to boil.
- 2.Pass the yolks through a sieve and mix the cup of milk with cornstarch.
- 3. When the milk is rising, add the condensed milk, stir and add the starch mixture, stirring constantly until it thickens (about 3 to 4 minutes), add the vanilla drops and stir.
- 4. Pour the cream into a transparent refractory, preferably.
- 5. Allow to cool.
- 6. Place the chopped strawberries on top of the cold cream.
- 7. Melt the chocolate in a bain-marie.
- 8. As soon as the chocolate melts, place the cream with the whey and mix well, place it on top of the strawberries.
- 9. Garnish with some strawberries.
