- Dough preparation: • Mix the butter, sugar, egg and flour until all the ingredients are incorporated; • Open the dough in a 25 cm diameter roast; • Using a fork, pierce the entire bottom of the dough; • Light to bake with a weight (raw beans) so the dough doesn't rise in the middle; • Bake in a medium oven for + - 30 minutes or until the dough is golden and set aside.
- Jelly preparation: • Wash the strawberries and reserve some for decoration • Chop the strawberries; • Place the strawberry, sugar and lemon juice in a pan; • Take it to the low fire, stirring occasionally until it reaches the jelly point and set aside.
