- Wheat flour220 g
- Cocoa30 g
- Sugar100 g
- Egg1 unit(s)
- Cold water1 tablespoon
- Pinch of salt to taste
- Condensed milk (1 and a half cans)595 g
- Egg Yolk1 unit(s)
- Milk1 cup
- Vanilla Extract1 tablespoon
- White chocolate, chopped or in drops170 g
- Sour cream85 g
- Fresh Strawberries to taste
- dough in the planetary mixer: add the flour, cocoa, salt, sugar and cubed butter, beat with a paddle beater until the butter breaks up and turns into a wet crumb. Turn off, add the egg and water, beat with the hook beater until the dough forms. To make it by hand: do the same process, breaking up the cubes of butter with your fingers, then adding egg and water and kneading until it becomes a homogeneous mass.
- open the dough with a rolling pin and accommodate in the form. Poke holes with a fork so it doesn't inflate in the oven. Bake at 180 degrees for 15 minutes.
- for the vanilla filling: in the pan add the condensed milk, the vanilla, the milk and the sifted yolk. Take it to the low fire and stir until it thickens, it gets a consistency similar to a soft brigadeiro.
- in the baked dough place the cut strawberries, then add the vanilla cream. Refrigerate for 1 hour.
- make the topping: take the white chocolate and the cream to the microwave for 1 minute. Shake well. Microwave for another 1 minute. Stir again.
- put the frosting on top and refrigerate again for at least 3 hours. Optional: garnish with more strawberries when serving
