- Skimmed milk powder3 cup

- Zero Cal Strawberry Jam120 g
- Strawberry flavored whey protein120 g
- Strawberries1 to taste
- Pie base: Grind the chestnut and the cookie in the blender until it forms a crumb, then put it in a shape with a removable bottom, add the butter, mixing well with the crumbs, and spread the dough with your hands, pressing well into the bottom of the shape.
- stuffing 1 Mix powdered milk with warm water in a blender, then transfer to a pan and add the other ingredients. Stir over low heat until it thickens… let it cool and place it over the pie dough.
- stuffing 2 Mix the jelly with the whey, then add the cream little by little and mix until you get a firm consistency like a spoonful of brigadeiro. No need to put it on fire! Just mix the ingredients and then pour it over the pie. If you don't have whey, you can mix the jelly with pieces of strawberry and red fruits, take it to the low fire and stir until it thickens. Allow to cool before placing on top of the pie.
- To decorate: With the help of a sieve, spread powdered milk over the pie and finish with strawberries!
