- Condensed milk395 g
- Sour cream200 g
- Nesquik4 tablespoon
- Margarine1 tablespoon
- Nutella for garnish to taste
- Put the ingredients in a pan and mix well.
- Place over medium heat and stir until it starts to boil.
- Then lower the heat and continue until it starts to unglue from the bottom of the pan and becomes brigadeiro point.
- Transfer to plastic wrap and cover the entire dough. Leave in the fridge for at least 6 hours.
- Roll up and pass the sprinkles to decorate and then use a confectioner's tip to facilitate the application of Nutella on the brigadeiro.
