Medium Strawberries10 unit(s)
Granulated confectionery to taste
condensed milk200 g
Chopped semisweet chocolate30 g
Unsalted butter1 dessert spoon

Wash and cut the green stems of the strawberries and dry well with the help of a paper towel. Reserve.
In a pan mix the condensed milk, chocolate and butter and cook over low heat (about 12 minutes) until you get a brigadier with a texture to roll.
Transfer to a container and let cool. Then take to the fridge for at least 2 hours to freeze.
Grease your hands with butter and shape the brigadeiro to envelop each strawberry.
Pass it on the granulated confectionery and serve next.
