- liquid milk140 g
- Coconut milk140 g
- Crystal sugar30 g
- grated coconut30 g
- Pinch of salt to taste
- Sugar and cinnamon for breading to taste
- Oil for frying to taste
- Mix the tapioca, sugar and grated coconut. Heat the liquid milk and coconut milk together, and add to the tapioca mixture.
- Mix and let it hydrate for a few minutes. Make small rolls and fry in hot oil until lightly golden. Remove and leave on absorbent paper and pass the cupcake in sugar and cinnamon to taste.
