Almonds in lightly toasted slices200 g
Dulce de leche1 can(s)
Condensed milk2 can(s)
Sour cream3 tablespoon
100% cocoa powder4 tablespoon
Tempered semisweet chocolate for dipping500 g
Lollipop sticks40 unit(s)

Start by toasting the almonds in a skillet over low heat until lightly toasted and set aside.
Cover a roast or tray with plastic bag and make drops of dulce de leche with the help of a spoon.
Freeze the dulce de leche drops for 30 to 40 min until they are firm to facilitate handling when bubbling.
In a pan, mix the condensed milk, cream and cocoa and cook over low heat, stirring constantly until it comes off the pan.
Pour the brigadeiro on a plate and cover with cling film.
When it's time to bubble, take a quantity of brigadeiro, open it in your hand and put a drop of dulce de leche, roll it up and spread it on the almonds.
After rolling all the balls, insert the lollipop stick and dip them in the already tempered chocolate.
Let it dry and bon appetit!
The recipe makes about 40 brigadiers, it will depend on the size you make.
