- Dark Chocolate250 g
- Wheat Flour3/4 cup
- Melted Butter3/4 cup
- Sugar11/4 cup
- Salt1 teaspoon
- Hazelnut Essence2 tablespoon
- Corn Starch1 tablespoon
- Eggs2 unit(s)
- Milk Cream1/2 unit(s)
- Milk chocolate200 g
- Chocolate Bunny1 unit(s)
- Easter Egg to taste
- Cut the chocolate into pieces and melt. Reserve. In a mixer beat the eggs until you form a whitish cream. Gradually add the sugar and then add the butter. Then add the hazelnut essence and salt and beat a little more.
- The last step is to put the wheat flour, cocoa powder, cornstarch and melted chocolate and beat. Place to bake in a greased shape and take to bake for 20 to 25 minutes. Place the milk chocolate in a bowl and melt. Then add the cream and mix well. Take to fridge for 10 minutes.
- Open the easter egg and place the chopped brownie in the egg and then cover with the chocolate ganache. Then put the rabbit to decorate.
