- Coconut milk 200 ml1 unit(s)
- Passion fruit flavored gelatin2 unit(s)
- Hot water250 ml
- Cold water250 ml
- In a container, hydrate the unflavored gelatin according to the package instructions, set aside until cool.
- In the blender, beat the condensed milk, the cream and the coconut milk until obtaining a homogeneous cream, then add the colorless gelatin and beat quickly. Transfer the cream to a round shape with a hole in the middle greased with oil. Cover with plastic wrap and place in the fridge for two hours.
- In a container add the passion fruit gelatin with hot water and then add the cold water.
- With the cream already hardened, unglue it carefully, pushing the sides and center with the help of a knife or small spatula. Then pour the passion fruit gelatin over the cream carefully and continue pushing the sides and center so that the liquid penetrates the entire shape. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least three hours. After that time, unmold and serve.
