- Unflavored gelatin24 g
- Water120 ml
- Gelatin, flavor of your choice2 unit(s)
- Boiling water240 ml
- Cold water240 ml
- In a pot, put the 1/2 cup of water in the unflavored gelatin and stir well, leave for about 5 minutes until the gelatin hydrates.
- Meanwhile, put the condensed milk, the cream and the coconut milk in the blender and beat well.
- See if your unflavored gelatin has already hydrated and when it is microwave for 15 seconds and stir well
- Pour into the blender and beat some more; Grease a shape with a thin layer of oil and pour the blender mixture
- Place in the fridge for about 3 hours or until firm.
- Dissolve the jellies in the boiling water
- Then add the ice water
- Let cool to room temperature
- With a spatula very delicately loosen the sides of the coconut cream; When you see that it is very loose start to slowly put the strawberry jellies already colder
- Strawberry gelatin needs to go into the sides of the form, so that the coconut cream rises.
- Place in the fridge until completely chilled.
- Loosen sides and center again with a spatula or your fingertips and turn onto a plate.
