- Condensed milk1 can(s)

- Coconut milk200 ml
- Water1/2 cup
- Flavored gelatin2 unit(s)
- Hot and cold water (each)250 ml
- For the filling: In a container, hydrate the unflavored gelatin with the water, mix and let it harden. Then microwave it for about 30 seconds until it is liquid again. Reserve to cool.
- In a blender, beat the other ingredients until obtaining a smooth and homogeneous cream. Add the hydrated unflavored gelatin and mix quickly.
- Transfer the cream to a round shape with a hole in the middle (22 cm in diameter), greased with oil. Cover with plastic wrap and place in the fridge for 2 hours.
- For the flavored gelatin: In a container, mix the strawberry flavored gelatin and the hot water until well dissolved. Then add cold water and mix. Reserve.
- After the fridge time, remove the form and, carefully, unglue the white cream already firm from it, pushing the sides and center with the help of a knife or small spatula. Then pour the strawberry gelatin over the cream carefully and continue pushing the sides and center so that the liquid penetrates all over the shape. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 3 hours. After that time, unmold and serve.
