- 2 cups of sugar320 g

- 2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour250 g
- 1 cup unsalted roasted peanuts120 g
- 1 1/2 cup milk300 ml
- 1 tablespoon of baking powder14 g
- 2 cups of cold whipped cream400 ml
- 1 cup peanut butter180 g
- 3 tablespoons of powdered milk50 g
- Chopped semisweet chocolate200 g
- 1 box of sour cream200 g
- In a blender place the peanuts, milk, 1 1/2 cup of sugar, eggs and beat well for 2 minutes.
- In a bowl pour the beaten liquid, add the wheat flour and mix until smooth. Add the baking powder and mix gently to incorporate.
- Grease a rectangular shape with margarine, pour the dough and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 30 minutes.
- For the frosting, in a container place the chopped semisweet chocolate, the cream and microwave for 30 seconds, remove and stir until the chocolate is completely dissolved.
- For the filling, in a bowl, place the chilled whipped cream and beat until doubled in volume. Add powdered milk, 1/2 cup sugar, peanut butter and beat again until smooth.
- Unmold the cold cake, cut it in half lengthwise, return a part of the dough to the pan, place the filling and spread it out evenly.
- Place the other part of the dough on top, add the topping and spread. Refrigerate for 1 hour and serve.
