- Cinnamon to taste
- Beat the eggs with a fork and add the flour, coconut oil, banana, cinnamon and stir well.
- Grease the cake tin with coconut oil, sprinkle cinnamon and arrange the chopped apples. What is left of the apple mix delicately with the dough and finally add the yeast, put the dough in the shape and bake in a medium oven for approximately 40 minutes.
