- Recipe
- Chopped dried apricots2 cup
- Water3.5 cup
- Juice of 1 orange1 unit(s)
- chop the apricots into small pieces to measure two cups
- add all the ingredients to the pan, cook over medium heat with the pan half covered, stirring occasionally
- when the apricots are soft start kneading them with the back of a spoon.
- when the jam is well reduced, as shown in the last video, remove it from the heat and beat it in the mixer.
- store in clean, well-sealed glass jars
- Recipe yields 3 cups of jam
