- Cinnamon powder1 tablespoon
- Vanilla essence1 dessert spoon
- Fermented Soup1 tablespoon
- Mash 5 bananas with a fork, add the eggs, vanilla and cinnamon and mix with a spoon. Then add the bran and finally the yeast until a homogeneous mass is formed. Grease a mold with butter and place the dough. Cut the remaining bananas into slices and finish on top of the cake with cinnamon. Bake in the oven at 180 degrees for 35 minutes.
