- Coconut Oil or Butter2 tablespoon
- Yeast1 tablespoon
- Chocolate 70%1 unit(s)
- Add the eggs, banana, oatmeal and coconut oil to the blender, beat well. Then add the yeast to the dough. Place the dough on a greased and floured baking sheet, sprinkle the chopped chocolate on top. (Or if you prefer, mix the chocolate with the dough). Bake in a preheated oven at 180° for about 30 minutes. Note: the more ripe the banana is, the sweeter the cake will be.
