Sugar-free Banana Cake with Granola

  • Natural yogurt1 cup
  • Coconut oil1/2 cup
  • Ripe dwarf banana4 unit(s)
  • Xylitol Sweetener1/2 cup
  • Black raisin1 cup
  • Oat flour2 cup
  • Baking powder1 tablespoon
  • Sugar-free granola to taste
  1. In the blender, beat the bananas, eggs, natural yogurt, coconut oil and xylitol sweetener until smooth.
  2. In a bowl or bowl put the oatmeal and add the mixture beaten in the blender
  3. Stir well until smooth
  4. Add the raisins (you can dip them in a little oatmeal first so they don't sink into the cake) and mix well.
  5. Finally add the baking powder and mix gently.
  6. Grease a round mold with a removable bottom with a little butter and oat bran.
  7. Put the dough in the form
  8. Place the granola on top of the dough in the amount you want
  9. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  10. Allow to cool completely and unmold.
  11. Store in the fridge if the climate is too hot in your city to increase durability 😉
