- Oil1/2 cup
- Egg3 unit(s)
- Raisins2 tablespoon
- Wheat Flour1 cup
- Oat Flour1 cup
- Milk2/4 cup
- Whole Yogurt200 ml
- Cocoa or Chocolate Powder4 tablespoon
- Yeast1 tablespoon
- Beat the bananas, eggs, oil, and part of the raisins in a blender or mixer.
- Mix the flours and baking powder in a separate container.
- Pour the mixture from the blender into a bowl and add part of the milk and flour little by little. If the mixture has a firm consistency, add the rest of the milk until it becomes creamy.
- Put the mixture in a greased shape with oil and floured with wheat.
- Bake for 20 min in the preheated oven at 180°C.
- Remove when you put the fork in and it comes out clean.
- For the top syrup mix the yogurt with the cocoa and if necessary add sugar if you want it sweeter. Decorate with whatever you like. The one in the photo was declared with fresh grated coconut 🥥.
