- Oat flakes2 cup
- Chopped chocolate 70%200 g
- Cinnamon1 tablespoon
- Baking soda1 teaspoon
- Apple Cider Vinegar (It will give the cake a fluffy texture)2 teaspoon
- Vanilla Essence1 teaspoon
- In the blender, place the eggs, coconut oil, vanilla, cinnamon, vinegar and beat until smooth. Finally, add the oatmeal, the bicarbonate, and beat until a homogeneous mixture is obtained. Place on a platter and add the chopped chocolate. Grease a small form, put the dough in the form, on top of the bananas and a little chopped chocolate. Place in a preheated oven at 180 degrees and bake for approximately 25 minutes, depending on the oven.
