- 3 ripe bananas3 unit(s)
- 1 cup of oil1 cup
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon powder1 tablespoon
- 3 eggs3 unit(s)
- 1 packet of fine oats1 can(s)
- 1 spoon of chemical yeast1 tablespoon
- Raisins / chopped banana / candied fruit1 to taste
- In a blender, beat the 3 ripe bananas, oil, cinnamon powder, eggs and set aside.
- In a bowl, place the fine oatmeal and the yeast, add the batter from the blender and mix little by little with a spoon or spatula until smooth.
- Add candied fruits, raisins, chopped bananas, whatever you like to the ready-made dough.
- Grease a medium shape with margarine or butter and sprinkle a little wheat flour or use a cake release agent
- Add the dough in the greased shape and put it to bake in the preheated oven between 220° to 250° (average temperature) for about 40 min or until the cake is baked (do the toothpick test)
