Raw peanuts with shell

Junte todos os ingredientes em uma panela funda e misture bem para que o açúcar comece a dissolver.

Combine all the ingredients in a deep pan and mix well so that the sugar starts to dissolve.

Leve ao fogo médio mexendo de 5 em 5 minutos.


Cook over medium heat, stirring every 5 minutes.


Quando a mistura começar a engrossar mexa constantemente até que dê o ponto (todo o açúcar fica grudado no amendoim).

When the mixture starts to thicken, stir constantly until it comes together (all the sugar sticks to the peanuts).

Assim que der o ponto retire o amendoim da panela e coloque em uma travessa para esfriar.


As soon as you get the point, remove the peanut from the pan and put it on a platter to cool.
