- 200 g of semi-sweet chocolate200 g
- 500 ml of ice cream (various flavors, such as strawberry, chocolate, etc...)500 ml
- Colored sprinkles (optional, to decorate) to taste
- 1st**Chocolate Preparation:** - Melt the semi-sweet chocolate in a bain-marie or in the microwave.
- With the melted chocolate, form small balls (about 2 cm in diameter) using a spoon or your hands. Reserve.
