- Hot water150 ml
- Cold water100 ml
- condensed milk2 l
- Colorless gelatin envelope hydrated and heated in the microwave for 15 minutes1 unit(s)
- In a container, place 1 envelope of gelatin of the flavor of your choice, 150 milliliters of hot water and mix until dissolved. Add 100 milliliters of cold water and mix again. Transfer the mixture to a square, shallow pot.
- Repeat procedure with 3 more flavors of gelatin. Refrigerate for 2 hours or until firm.
- Hydrate the colorless and tasteless gelatin according to the package and heat it in the microwave for 15 seconds.
- Then, put the gelatin in the blender along with 400 grams of cream and 2 cans of condensed milk. Hit for 2 minutes and book.
- When the jellies are firm, cut into small cubes and transfer to a greased shape with oil. Mix gently to distribute flavors.
- Then pour the cream and mix again.
- Refrigerate for 3 hours, unmold and serve immediately.
