- 1 large carrot200 g
- Oil1/2 cup
- Sugar2 cup
- Eggs4 unit(s)
- Wheat flour3 cup
- Yeast1 tablespoon
- In a blender, beat the carrot cut into cubes together with the oil, sugar and eggs.
- Place the mixture in a container and add the flour, sifting slowly and mixing gently.
- Add the yeast to the mixture and add it to a pan greased with margarine and flour.
- Bake in a medium oven (150 to 180°) approximately 40 minutes or until you test the cake with a knife or toothpick and it comes out clean.
- You can add chocolate syrup or add chocolate chips like I did!
