- In a bowl, place the eggs, sugar and butter.
- Beat until you get a homogeneous mixture (you can beat by hand)
- Mix the flour, milk and essence, beat.
- At the end add the yeast.
- The syrup is like a pudding. In a pan add the sugar over low heat until it melts. Then add a little water.
- Cut the avocado into slices
- Place them in the bottom of the form, without greasing.
- Put the syrup, add the dough and arrange with the spoon.
- Bake in the oven for 30 minutes at 200 degrees. But this can vary from oven to oven.
- When it's 30 minutes, you can open it to see if it's good.
- Don't forget to unmold right after taking it out of the oven. Because caramel can harden and not come out of shape.
