- Panettone cut into cubes1 unit(s)
- Passion Fruit Juice Concentrate300 ml
- Condensed milk1 unit(s)
- Sour cream1 unit(s)
- Milk Chocolate Bar1 unit(s)
- Blend the cream, condensed milk and passion fruit juice in a blender.
- Take the panettone/Chocotone cut into cubes and place a little at the bottom of the refractory
- Then cover with the mousse cream.
- Add another layer of panettone
- And so, alternating between layers of panetone and mousse
- Finishing this step, melt the milk chocolate bar in the microwave for 15 seconds.
- Place the melted chocolate on top of the last layer of the mousse and place in the fridge.
- The ideal is to prepare it in one day and eat the next, due to the consistency
