- Sour cream 200g1 can(s)
- Green gel food coloring to taste
- Seedless green grapes, sanitized20 unit(s)
- In a heavy-bottomed pan, add condensed milk, cream and 3 drops of food coloring gel.
- Stir in a figure 8 motion, always moving in the middle and on the sides so as not to stick or burn our brigadier. Always on medium heat
- Once it starts to boil, lower the heat and continue stirring until it unglues from the bottom of the pan, about 10 more minutes.
- Since your brigadeiro is coming off the bottom, place it on a plate and cover with cling film, wait to cool at room temperature.
- With the brigadeiro cold, weigh 12g balls.
- After weighing and separating the balls, open the brigadeiro dough, place the grape inside and close in circular movements with the palm of your buttered hands.
- Repeat the process with all the grapes, roll in crystal or icing sugar.
- Put it in the molds and serve yourself!
