- Sugar1 cup
- Water1/4 cup
- Apple Cider Vinegar1/4 cup
- Pinch of salt1 g
- Cut the peppers in half and remove the seeds and white part.
- In a blender place the peppers, apples, garlic and water and grind.
- Transfer to a pan, add sugar, vinegar and salt.
- Let it cook until it takes on the consistency of jelly, stirring occasionally. It should take about 10 minutes.
- Then just put it in sterilized pots.
