- Oil1 cup
- Milk1 cup

- Guava in pieces1 unit(s)
- Baking powder1 tablespoon
- Mix the egg, milk, oil, sugar, cornmeal in a blender and beat well, then add the wheat and continue beating until the dough is very homogeneous. With the blender off, mix the yeast with a spatula and pour the dough in a greased shape with butter and cornmeal and insert the pieces of guava paste in the dough randomly. Bake in a preheated oven (180°C) for 40 minutes. *To cut the guava more easily, spread a little Maizena on it
