- Wheat flour1 cup
- Sugar1 cup
- Milk1 cup
- Oil1/2 cup
- Eggs2 unit(s)
- Baking powder1 tablespoon
- Guava to taste
- Start by setting your oven to preheat to 200 degrees. Grease the pan. Chop pieces of guava (to taste)
- In the mixer, place the cornmeal, flour, milk, sugar, eggs and oil.
- Beat for 5 minutes until a smooth and homogeneous mass is formed. Add the yeast and stir lightly, just to mix.
- Arrange your dough in the form, and throw the pieces of guava on top.
- Bake for 30 to 35 minutes and it's done.
- Note: The cup is 200 ml
