- Cornmeal11/2 cup
- Sugar11/2 cup
- Milk1 cup
- Soybean oil2/3 cup
- Baking powder1 teaspoon
- Fennel1/2 teaspoon
- Guava1 cup
- Creamy Guava to taste1 cup
- In a blender, beat the eggs, milk, oil and sugar.
- Place the mixture in a container and mix wheat flour, cornmeal, yeast and fennel until a very homogeneous mixture is obtained.
- In a round shape with a hole in the middle, you don't need to grease the shape, put some cake dough, a little guava paste in cubes, then more dough, more guava paste and repeating the process until the ingredients are gone.
- Bake at 200 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes.
