Oil1/2 cup
Sugar01 cup
Cornmeal mimoso01 cup
Wheat flour01 cup
Wheat flour1/2 cup
Guava in cubes200 g
Yeast01 tablespoon

Blend all liquid ingredients and sugar in a blender until smooth.
In a bowl, add the wheat flour (1 and 1/2 cups of flour), the cornmeal and the blender mixture and mix well.
Finally, add the yeast and mix gently.
Cut the guava into cubes, to prevent the guava from sinking, just pass them in wheat flour before putting it in the dough.
Transfer the dough to a greased and floured shape and distribute the guava pieces.
Bake in a preheated oven at 200° for 35 to 40 minutes.
