- Cornmeal mimoso01 cup
- Wheat flour01 cup
- Wheat flour1/2 cup
- Guava in cubes200 g
- Yeast01 tablespoon
- Blend all liquid ingredients and sugar in a blender until smooth.
- In a bowl, add the wheat flour (1 and 1/2 cups of flour), the cornmeal and the blender mixture and mix well.
- Finally, add the yeast and mix gently.
- Cut the guava into cubes, to prevent the guava from sinking, just pass them in wheat flour before putting it in the dough.
- Transfer the dough to a greased and floured shape and distribute the guava pieces.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 200° for 35 to 40 minutes.
