- Oil1/2 cup

- Sugar1 cup
- Wheat flour1 cup
- Cornmeal1 cup
- Yeast1 tablespoon
- Guava in thin fillets100 g
- In the blender, beat the milk with the oil, the egg and the sugar. Then, little by little and still beating, add the flour mixed with the cornmeal and the baking powder.
- Pour in greased and floured central cone form and spread the guava on top. Then bake in a preheated medium oven (180ºC) for about 40 minutes or until golden.
