- Oil1 cup
- Cornmeal (1 and a half cup)1/1/2 cup
- Sugar1 cup
- Wheat2 cup
- Milk2 cup
- Egg2 unit(s)
- Salt1 teaspoon
- Yeast1 tablespoon
- Guava smudge1/2 cup
- Beat all the ingredients in the blender except the guava paste and the yeast.
- Remove the dough from the blender, mix the yeast and place in a greased and floured mold to bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 40 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Melt the guava paste with 1/2 cup of water over low heat until it forms a cream, and as soon as the cake comes out of the oven, unmold it and pour the guava syrup over it and serve
