  • Almond flour1 cup
  • Golden (or brown) flaxseed meal2 tablespoon
  • Demerara sugar1/2 cup
  • Coconut milk (200ml bottle)1 unit(s)
  • Water200 ml
  • Vegetable oil4 tablespoon
  • Apple Cider Vinegar (or Alcohol)1 tablespoon
  • Yeast1 tablespoon
  • Guava150 g
  1. Chop the guava into cubes and set aside.
  2. In a large bowl, combine all ingredients except vinegar, baking powder and bicarbonate of soda and mix well until smooth. Add the remaining three ingredients and stir gently until incorporated.
