- Cornmeal mimoso1 cup
- Almond flour1 cup
- Golden (or brown) flaxseed meal2 tablespoon
- Demerara sugar1/2 cup
- Coconut milk (200ml bottle)1 unit(s)

- Vegetable oil4 tablespoon
- Apple Cider Vinegar (or Alcohol)1 tablespoon
- Yeast1 tablespoon
- Guava150 g
- Chop the guava into cubes and set aside.
- In a large bowl, combine all ingredients except vinegar, baking powder and bicarbonate of soda and mix well until smooth. Add the remaining three ingredients and stir gently until incorporated.

- Take it to a greased shape with oil and cornmeal and place the pieces of guava on top with delicacy, without pressing. Bake in a preheated oven (200°) for 50 minutes (do the toothpick test).
- Let cool for at least 1 hour before unmoulding.
