- Margarine2 tablespoon
- Sugar1 cup
- Wheat flour1 cup
- Cornmeal1 cup
- Milk1 cup
- Yeast1 tablespoon
- Guava300 g
- Water1/2 cup
- Grease a 22 cm diameter cake tin with a hole in the middle with margarine and wheat flour.
- Beat the egg whites and reserve.
- Beat the egg yolks, margarine and sugar until creamy.
- Add the wheat flour, cornmeal and milk and beat until obtaining a homogeneous mixture.
- After that add the yeast and stir gently.
- Add the snow whites and mix gently.
- Put it in the shape and take it to the oven preheated to 180° and let it bake for about 35 min.
- While the cake is baking, in a pan over low heat, place the guava and water until it becomes a creamy mixture.
- Now just wait for the cake to finish baking and put the guava frosting on top.
