- 2 cups of wheat flour200 g
- 1 cup of sugar160 g
- 1 cup cornmeal100 g
- 3/4 cup oil150 ml
- 1 cup of milk200 ml
- Eggs3 unit(s)
- 1 tablespoon of baking powder14 g
- Guava to taste
- Take the guava, pass through the wheat flour and cut into small pieces. Reserve.
- In a bowl, place the eggs, sugar and beat until light and creamy. Add the milk, oil, wheat flour, cornmeal, and beat again until it becomes a smooth and homogeneous mass.
- Add the baking powder and mix gently.
- Grease a shape with a hole in the middle with butter or margarine, place the dough and distribute the pieces of guava on top.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 200ºC for 35 minutes, unmold and serve.
