- In the blender, place the cup of flour, the cup of milk, the yolk, the white, the spoon of sugar and the pinch of salt. Beat well until the consistency is half liquid, half solid. While the blender is blending the ingredients, grease a skillet with butter, and when you finish greasing it, place it on the stove at low temperature for 15 seconds, then add the blender mixture to the skillet. Try to shape the shape of the dough, tilting the skillet to the sides, so that it has a perfect shape. Once the dough has hardened, use a spatula to peel off the corners of the dough. Take a good look, because the bottom has to be golden. When golden, turn it over and add brigadeiro or crystal sugar (preferred). Be careful, because when turned, the dough comes to the point more quickly. Fold it with the cover part inside.
