Em uma vasilha quebre o ovo mecha e coloque o açúcar, depois vá mexendo com a colher e adicione o leite e logo em seguida a farinha. Não coloque toda a farinha vai colocando aos poucos até que a massa esteja desgrudando das mãos . 
Faça o formato desejado e frite em fogo médio. Se quiser depois de feito adicione um pouco de açúcar com canela por cima.
