- Potato Starch12 tablespoon
- Dulce de leche for filling to taste
- In a mixer add the eggs and sugar. Beat until you get a fluffy and homogeneous mass. (About 5 minutes)
- Gradually add the potato starch and stir with a plastic or silicone spatula until you get a smooth and homogeneous mass.
- Use a pastry bag to facilitate or a spoon and drip potions of the dough in a greased shape with margarine and wheat flour.
- TIP: Leave space between the dough drips.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180° for 10 minutes.
- TIP: Don't bake for longer, to have a fluffy portion of dough.
- For a nicer finish, use a round cutter.
- After stuffing the well married, use cellophane and crepe paper to wrap the candy and tie with satin daughter.
