- Sugar3 tablespoon
- Salt1/2 tablespoon
- Wheat Flour (approximately)500 g
- Organic Dry Yeast15 g
- 1 yolk for brushing1 unit(s)
- In the blender, beat the milk, oil, margarine and salt for 3 minutes. Add the yeast and press the pulse button twice for 30 seconds to mix well. Transfer the mixture to a bowl and add the flour gradually, kneading until the dough doesn't stick to your hands, knead for 15 minutes and let it rest for 1 hour (cover with a dish towel and put it in the oven to rise) Note: oven off lol. After that time, roll the dough with the help of a rolling pin. (optional filling) I stuffed it with guava paste but you can roll it without stuffing too, which is delicious. After rolled up, brush with the egg yolk and sprinkle with crystal sugar, place in a preheated oven for approximately 40 minutes in an oven at 180°.
