- Colorless Gelatin1 unit(s)
- Warm Water5 tablespoon
- Sugar for Syrup1 cup
- Water1/2 cup
- Put all the ingredients in the blender, except the gelatine and the water, beat until everything is mixed. In a glass dissolve the gelatine with the hot water and put it in the blender and beat for another 3 minutes.
- To finish, grease a mold with a hole in the middle with oil (just a little) so that it does not stick and then pour the liquid into the mold and cover with cling film and leave it in the fridge for 6 hours.
- Syrup: add the sugar to a pan, over medium heat, without stirring. When the sugar starts to melt, make circular movements in the pan. When it starts to change color to caramel, stir with the spatula until everything caramelizes. Put the water and stir. When you form a smooth caramel, you can turn it off. Book to put in the pudding.
