Sweet Mom's Orange Cake

Bater no liquidicador por 5 minutos: 3 ovos, 1 xícara e meia de açucar, meia xícara de óleo, 1 xícara de suco de laranja. 

Transferir este líquido para um bowl, colocar 2 xícaras de farinha de trigo e 1 colher de sopa de fermento para bolo. 

Colocar numa forma untada com farinha e manteiga, forno pré aquecido em 180 graus. 
Coloque o bolo no forno por 30 minutos ou ate que fique assado. 

Coloque numa panela o suco de uma laranja , as raspas e  2 colheres de sopa de açucar ( colocar no fogo baixo ate engrossar), aguardar esfriar. 

Desenforme o bolo e molhe com a calda. 
Servi com um cafezinho 😉😉


Blend in blender for 5 minutes: 3 eggs, 1 ½ cups of sugar, ½ cup of oil, 1 cup of orange juice.

Transfer this liquid to a bowl, put 2 cups of wheat flour and 1 tablespoon of baking powder.

Place in a greased shape with flour and butter, preheated oven at 180 degrees.
Place the cake in the oven for 30 minutes or until set.

Place the juice of an orange, the zest and 2 tablespoons of sugar in a pan (put it on low heat until it thickens), wait for it to cool.

Unmold the cake and soak with the syrup.
Served with a coffee 😉😉
