- Coconut Milk1 unit(s)
- Salt1 to taste
- Corn starch2 tablespoon
- Cinnamon1 to taste
- Soak the corn overnight. (save gas) But you can do it without leaving it soaking but the time in the pressure cooker increases.
- Place in a pressure cooker with three fingers of water covering the corn with a pinch of salt and heat for 45 min.
- Then take the pressure off and check if the corn is soft and the liter of milk is growing.
- Add the condensed milk and bring to a boil.
- Take two cups of the mungunzá and place it in the blender with the two spoons of starch and blend.
- Put what you hit in the blender into the pan again and let it all thicken until the starch is cooked. Cinnamon at the end to taste
